Existing Patients

The Patient Portal allows online access for you to view, download, and transmit medical records and gives the ability to send secure messages to our office.

Please click the link then click "Register New Account". Here you will input your email address and they will send you your username and you will set your password. 

If you don't know your passcode, please contact our office by calling 832-843-3134 that we can generate a new passcode for your patient portal.
